For exhibitors, brand teams and stand designers

Exhibition models that draw visitors to your trade show stand

We make bespoke exhibition models and replicas that stop people in the aisle, explain what a brochure can't and last a full season of shows. Physical, hand-finished pieces from our Madrid workshop, packed to travel and built to be set up again and again.

01Physical models, not renders

Why exhibition models work on a crowded show floor

Visitors walk past hundreds of stands and decide in seconds where to stop. Screens and banners blur into one another; a well-lit object at eye level does not. People slow down, walk round it and ask a question, and your sales team has its opening.

That is what our models for exhibitions are for: showing a product too large, valuable or confidential to bring, making a hidden process visible and giving the stand a focal point. Every piece is a real object in acrylic, timber, resin or metal that people can touch and photograph.

We build bespoke scale models for architects, developers and industry, and bring the same precision to your show piece. Planning a cultural or permanent exhibition instead? See our museum models.

  • Stops visitors who would otherwise walk past
  • Shows products too big, too costly or still under wraps
  • Moves to your showroom or reception after the season

02What we build

Models and replicas for exhibition stands

One strong piece usually beats several weak ones. These are the formats that earn their floor space.

  • Product replicas at 1:1

Full-size copies of equipment too heavy to ship, too valuable to leave unattended or not yet launched, finished in your brand colours.

  • Oversized product replicas

A connector, valve or pack enlarged until it reads from across the hall. Exhibition props on this scale anchor the whole stand.

  • Interactive exhibition models

Lighting by zone, moving parts and tablet or touchscreen control, so visitors explore the piece while your team talks them through it. More on our interactive models.

  • Cutaway demonstrators

Sectioned pieces that open up an engine, a machine or a process unit. For plant and infrastructure work, see our industrial models.

  • Development and infrastructure models

Schemes and infrastructure at 1:500 to 1:100 for property and construction shows. Selling off-plan? See our real estate scale models.

  • Models of your stand design

Your exhibition stand design at 1:50 or 1:20, so the exhibitor can sign off layout and materials before the build begins.

03Built to travel

Exhibition model makers who plan for the journey

A show date never moves, and a model that arrives chipped on build-up day helps nobody. So we design for transport and handling from the first sketch.

Large pieces split into sections that fit through service doors and goods lifts. Bases and fixings are reinforced, fragile parts sit under a removable acrylic case, and every model leaves in bespoke packaging you can reuse from one show to the next.

  • Reusable bespoke packaging; wooden crates for large-format pieces
  • Set up on your stand in and around Madrid
  • Shipped to venues across Spain; further afield on request
  • Set-up at venues in other cities on request

06Planning

Working back from your show date

When to order

With a trade fair, the deadline is fixed and everything else fits around it. Contact us as soon as your stand space is confirmed, even if product files are still changing: we can fix scale, footprint and packaging early and finish the detail later, leaving time for transport and build-up.

What drives the price

Exhibition pieces are quoted per project, typically €3,000–€30,000 (excl. VAT), depending on size, detail, materials, lighting or interactivity, lead time, and packing, transport and installation. Our price ranges by model type show how they compare. For small parts or several copies of one replica, 3D printing with hand finishing is often the most efficient route.

08FAQ

Questions from exhibitors

A product replica is a physical copy of a product, full-size or to scale, built for display rather than use. It earns its place when the original is too heavy to transport, too valuable to leave on a stand, confidential before launch or too small to notice from the aisle, in which case we make it oversized.

Usually a specialist model making workshop working alongside your stand designer and contractor: they build the stand, and we make the trade show display models, replicas and props that go on it. Whether it is a stand at a European trade fair or a booth at a US show, we agree dimensions, weight, power and delivery slots with the stand team in advance.

Replicas are usually 1:1, or enlarged when the original is small. Machinery and vehicles work well at 1:10 to 1:5, stand designs at 1:50 to 1:20, and buildings or plants at 1:500 to 1:100. We suggest a scale once we know your stand footprint, ceiling height and what visitors need to see.

Yes, and we design for it. Reinforced bases, sections that come apart and bespoke packaging, with wooden crates for large pieces, mean the model can be loaded and unloaded many times. Between shows we can check it over or update graphics, and at the end of the season it can move to your showroom or reception.

CAD files are ideal (STEP, STL, OBJ or Rhino 3DM), along with DWG/DXF or PDF drawings, renders or photos, brand colours, the stand plan and the show date. Sketches are fine at an early stage. Send what you have through our quote form and we will reply within 1–2 working days.

Yes. Send us your NDA before you share any files and we will sign and return it. Your files are used only to build the model, and we will not show or publish an unreleased piece without your written approval, so the product stays under wraps until launch day.

Allow 2–4 weeks for a finished presentation model and 4–10 weeks for large-format pieces, plus transport to the venue. We set up on stands in and around Madrid ourselves; for venues elsewhere in Spain, Europe and beyond, shipping and set-up are arranged on request. Close to your date? Tell us anyway and we will see what the schedule allows.
