What data we process

The details you give us in the quote form or by email: name, company, email, phone number and project information (drawings, scales, deadlines). We do not collect special categories of personal data.

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To manage the commission if you accept it (communication, invoicing and delivery).
  • We do not send marketing communications without your explicit consent.

Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). If the commission goes ahead, the performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting).

Retention

Enquiries that do not become a commission are kept for up to 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and the applicable statutory periods.

Recipients
